Tailor-made projects to achieve customer objectives
We design and create customized machines, plants, and lines. We analyze the feasibility of the project in close collaboration with the customer.
We study the production capacities of new plants, in accordance with the existing machinery.
We create solutions according to the plant areas, the functionality of the facilities where they will be installed, and their energy capacities.
Project pre-engineering and feasibility study
The technical department develops preliminary studies for the drafting of feasibility checks by the customer to allow them to better evaluate the proposed investment.
3D Design
To define the project, the technical department works with 3D software. This enables us to have the most possible realistic image of the machine or of the production line.
Turnkey installations
In addition to the design and manufacturing of machines and lines for the processing of tomatoes, fruit, and vegetables, and for aseptic filling, we operate as main contractor for installation and start-up of complete turnkey plants.
Moreover, we provide the engineering of the industrial complex, paying attention to all utilities related to the facilities - electrical power, water, steam, compressed air, wastewater treatment system, etc... as well as everything necessary for the proper functioning of the plant.
Turnkey installations
If requested by the customer, we also take care of the agronomic part of the project to produce the raw material, with the help of external consultants.
Assembling and start-up is carried out by our staff or, when necessary, by qualified and reliable partners with whom we have been collaborating for years. All of this offers customers the opportunity to carry out a turnkey project at competitive costs.
Performance optimization on production lines
We evaluate the status of existing machines and production lines, so we can suggest the most appropriate modifications to the customer. In this way, we can carry out technical interventions with solutions that help to improve performances in terms of product quality, increase of production capacity, and reduction in plant operating costs.
All of this allows the client to operate competitively in the markets in which they work.
Support at every stage of the project
For each project we allocate a project manager who, in a consultancy perspective, supports the client in all phases of the project and coordinates activities with internal stakeholders.
Quality control and certifications
We adopt strict control methods to ascertain and guarantee the quality of the installations we carry out. We take care with the design of the machines, using components that have hygienic certifications (EHEDG, 3-A).
We build the machinery according to the certification guidelines and deliver a plant that will comply with the required certifications.
Quality control and certifications
More over, we make sure that all products are checked and tested before the machine is shipped to the customer. We perform checks at all stages of the project: pre-production, production, pre-assembly, pre-testing, packaging, delivery, and final testing at the customer's site.
Support and technical assistance
The service can be on-site and online depending on the steps of the project, from the feasibility analysis, design and purchasing, through pre-assembly and pre-testing (FAT: Factory Assessment Test), to the start-up of the plant (SAT: Site Acceptance Test).
After sales service
We offer a scheduled maintenance service, to monitor plant operating conditions, evaluate performance, and prevent downtime.
Warranty and Maintenance
All our machines are guaranteed 12 months from delivery - the warranty applies to the components and the construction of the plant.
Every customer can count on an extraordinary routine maintenance service.
The supply of spare parts foresees variable delivery, intervention, and replacement times according to the Service Level Agreements defined between the parties.
Laboratory analysis
The R&D department collaborates with “state-of-the-art” analytical laboratories in the field of food processing and performs quality control and testing, both on the farmland and on the raw material side.
