Energy saving is another aspect that we consider very carefully. Our technology guarantees not only steam and water saving, but also less energy consumption, in order to optimize the production process and raw material processing costs.

In order to comply with regulations and achieve high quality standards, it is essential to ensure that our plants are cleaned reliably, efficiently, and at regular intervals. To ensure this, we offer a Clean in Place system, taking into account plant downtime due to cleaning cycles, wasted energy, and used cleaning agents.

Our solutions are designed to preserve the initial quality of the raw material, avoiding an excessive mechanical and thermodynamic "stress". To define the most correct working process, and to reduce the number of steps at thermal level, we perform a feasibility study with analysis of the raw material or the product recipe.

The processes in our plants are aimed at optimization. For us, an efficient production cycle must be able to reduce the amount of production waste. But it only through our know-how that we can ensure the right balance between yield and quality. This is defined on an engineering level by the design of the machines and the control of data relating to production of material both the good and the rejected.

Waste management

We have transformed the problem of production waste into an opportunity: Thanks to the concentration process, it becomes a useful resource. For example, if waste is placed in the concentrators, its water content is reduced to obtain feed, ready to be sold on the market.

We take care of wastewater and the treatment of wastewater, in full compliance with environmental regulations. In addition, the management of this water allows us to optimize the processes and costs associated with treatment.
