EASYCUBE is the machine designed for the portioning, cutting, and freezing of fresh, blanched, and chilled leafy vegetables, including spinach, chard, herbs, chicory, and turnip tops.
To treat these products, EASYCUBE performs the functions of pressing, water elimination, portioning, and cutting. Besides these operations, the plant can treat simpler products, already shredded and pre-frozen, as well as dense mixtures, for example:

- mixed minced meat with vegetables;
- various vegetable mixes for veg burgers;
- pre-cooked pasta or rice, mixed with vegetables and sauces.

How EASYCUBE works
All movements are managed by electric cylinders with brushless motors. In this way, it is possible to control all parameters of the process, first of all the pressure and speed with which the product is pressed - these parameters are essential to manage residual water in the final product.

The process is automatic and does not require operator supervision. In addition, the machine itself manages the lack of product supply, stopping and restarting independently.
The product is fed into the vertical hopper; the forming chamber is fed with a horizontal cylinder.

- Pressing is done with a vertical piston, which compresses the product into the mold.
- Cutting is electronically controlled and is streamlined for efficiency by both the choice of materials and constant control of the knife's adherence to the mold. This combination ensures optimal results, even for products with high hard fiber content.
- The ejection phase takes place outside the forming chamber, with a counter-mold ejecting the portions, dropping them onto the belt.
